Welcome! My name is Austin, and I’m a certified personal trainer with over seven years of experience in helping clients transform their health and fitness. Fitness has always been a major part of my life, both as a former athlete and as a coach. However, my journey hasn’t been without its challenges. As an athlete, I wasn’t taught the importance of proper stretching, mobility, and stability exercises. This led to years of chronic pain—pain that I’ve only been able to overcome through corrective mobility and stability work. This experience has shaped my approach to personal training, making injury prevention and pain alleviation the core of my philosophy.
